i have been checking out some stuff and i'm tryin to figure out what works the best or what exactly i need to do?:confused:

As of know I'm running Cross Country. Which involves running miles, crunches, pushups, and more running. Then I bike around, its easy, simple, and if you push yourself you get a pretty good workout. Weights are good in combination with other things. I lift a bit weights, ride my bike a lot and run Cross Country. It helps build endurance and strenght.

I do alot of running and bike training. And lately and some normal cardio work outs. nothing to kill my self. Drinking nothing but water. and eating healthy to is your best bet. Also nothing beats riding more.

I ride as often as possible, and eat good. Don't drink much water... i guess i should. I should start running and working out again too...
