H stamped cam and K stamped cam?? difference?

Im in the middle of putting my wifes motor back together (freshened up the topend and new crf chain.)

I have two cams here but im pretty sure stock (have the decompression) One is stamped "H" in the middle. The other has a "K" on it.

Is there a difference? I was thinking one maybe an xr cam but i wasnt sure.

I was just getting ready to throw the cam in and time it and wanted to check and see if there was a difference at all.

Let me know if you guys have any info
