Well we are trying to take the bearings out of the carrier and we can't seem to get the bearings out because there is no space between the spacer and the bearings. Anyone have a idea on how to take them out?

I put mine in the oven @ 200 degree's for 20 minutes to expand the aluminum. Tap out the bearings with a rubber mallet before it cools. When your heating the carrier in the oven, put your new bearings in the freezer for 30 minutes or so, they will drop in easier and expand real nice and tight.

yep there is also somehting in the faq forum, i had a friend weld a bead on top of the outer bearing ring (the only thing left in there) and then slap a wet rag on the bead, it cracked the bearing right out, just make sure you dont weld in the carrier too.
