IMS/Roll Pegs for 05

I'm thinking about getting some new pegs for the 450. I already have them on my 250R and 400EX and love them. I've heard that the 06-08 pegs lower the rider height if put on the 05, as the 04-05 pegs are set to the stock location. So I was curious if this is true?

if you wanna save some money and dont ride your 400 much just put the pegs off it on the 450R they are the same....

06-08 pegs are about 3/4" shorter than the 04-05 pegs, both stock and Roll Design.

The 400EX pegs will be lower and further back.
