just wanted to give some major kudo's to go for it graphics for the amazing job they did of making these graphics. i called them on the phone and explained exactly what i wanted and booya they did exactly what i had in my head. a totally custom set that no one else has (YET?) so you can check out some of there work at goforitgraphics.com .if you call ask for joe.he is the man that pulled this together.

this is a fairly simple Z400. HMF slip on , stage 2 jets with k&n and air lid off, 1 tooth down on front sprocket, rev extender, lowerd 1-1/2" with works stadium zero preload springs and handle bars off an LTR. couldnt build a better bike for any less then what i paid into it....well ok maby you could ...LOL..

cough cough!!! umm ya i bragged about how much money i saved building this thing but ya umm the graphics cost me a pritty penny of course considering they were made from scratch.with all the technical B.S. like order by phone is a $25 charge, proofs $15(wich come in handy were you get to see them befor you aprove them you get 3 try's for approvel .if they dont get it in 3 try's you pay another 15 for 3 more after that they cant help you.LOL) then tack on the $50 an hour for custom designing) totalling $268.00 dollars. ya its expensive but hey well worth seeing it go from my head to realety.they got it on the first shot. they are now working on my wifes LTR450 graphics and plates wich were a bit cheaper. working off theyredesign tool on the website wich gives you basic designs and you choose the colors.wich is real fun to play with. but i called it in cuz i had a few add ons.those with the number plates cost me 220.00 . now keep in mind goforit is a fast growing company that doesnt have the manpower to keep up with theyre fast growing rep so be patient if you use them its well worth it. ive used other company's for custom design's but all in failyer most are only good for theyre pre-fab designs. but with goforit slim chance anyone will have a z400 like mine at the track.

pass the word around and check out theyre site.and no i dont work for them or have no obligation to advertise. just passing the word around cuz they did such a kick butt job

that rum runner is a sweet design i must admit.very inovative in the world of artistic designs for vehicles.very nice . designs are very opinionated from person to person.i personally think it is to gaudy . i feel most designs nowadays are just over done. keep it simple. some designs ive seen look so good that it makes you not want to ever ride them. and then whats the fun of that.

now does that company do sport bikes? because ive been having nothing but bad luck finding a company to do custom designed number plates for my 07 gsxr1000.

ok i went and looked santor up.found a myspace no pics of there stuff. only graphics company to make it to that indianapolis show? theyre from indianapolis go figure. no website and no sign of how to contact these guys. i guess you have to live in indianapolis to hook up with them. seems to me these guys are making the customers kiss theyre *** and search them out. rather then the other way around.

Well actually, there are hundreds of local graphics companies that tried to make it into the dealer expo, from indianapolis to China to Japan. Big named companies made it in this show from all over the world, and Santor Design Co was one of them.

As for not being able to find them, here's the hitch. Ready? It's owned by a 20 year old kid, who knows nothing about advertising. His name is Jeff Vanasdal, and if you really want to get ahold of him the only way is his personal cell-phone. This company is not a big one, and it is locally owned in Pendleton, IN. but they beat out hundreds of other companies for the spot, joined teams with Kenda Tires (if you do your research Santor is actually hired on by Kenda to do some of their graphics i.e. ez-ups for Kendas pits, and officially liscenced Kenda logo work) and slid into booths beside Fox, Thor, Four, Houser, CV4, ASV, Jardine, Yoshimura, Scott, Smith and literally thousands of others. Booth #2601 Indianapolis Dealer Expo 2008 (Yes we were posted in Kenda's booth)

As for contacting them,

Wellll.......

To be perfectly honest.... He is kinda ahead of himself. Doesn't mean he doesn't do amazing work, (cuz he does, lol) but he's just put alot on his own plate here lately, and i think things are kinda getting out from under him. I'm trying to get him a little business, maybe help get his mind back in the game, because this kid has got ALOT of potential... He just doesn't know what to do with it all anymore, :-/

You could of got a lot better a lot cheaper from others. My luck with go-for-it was 110% bad! The design was chopped up the colors did not match and the fender panels did not match a thing.Plus25% of it had thier name on it and wanted 15% more money to leave thier name off, what a bunch of B S is that .I tried to get them to redeem themself on this but smart ***** Eric just plain told me where to go.Most people that saw it said I should sue them and try to get my money back. That would of cost me more money,so I just turned them into IRS for investigation.Oh yeah the started to come off in less than 30days too.
The only good thing out got of my go-for-it graphics was when I used them to start a fire in my wood burner.

Hey guys thanks for the input about the rum runner graphics. I admit sometimes I do feel a bit over my head. But I assure you will be seeing more kits like the Rum Runner Kit. Right now I am just looking for investors, so I can really beef up my advertising campaign.

If you guys get a chance.. check out the article I wrote about that quad. heres the link.

i like go for it. but personally i think they're a little pricy and heard they aren't there own manufacturer. They make the designs but another company has the material done and printed. But maybe not. I just no i need some new ones and like K&K's graphics. I think theirs are like 140-160 including seat cover.

i went with go for it only because they could take the idea out of my head and into a reality. so my pirate ltz graphics ere not pre made or midified in any way. just based on a half *** sketched out drawing. no the ltr's graphincs were premade with color adjustments. so ya that gets pricey . i agree it was expensive but im happy.

so will K&K do custom work? i think ile go look into it. i do need some stuff for my gsxr

cool thanks for the ideas. i looked up some kk stuff and found a really cool ,like black breaking glass design for an ltr. i wish i would of looked ealyer. but then again my wife wanted "PINK" ah!
on my GSXR im more just looking for a certain design number plate that incorperates the head light. planet superbike was perfect and even did custom stuff but. what he did was send me his version of what he thought would look better then my color sceme . the color was red when i asked for orange, he outlined the numbers that a spasifecly said no to the headlight cut out didnt fit the contour. and the rear plates were to large to even fit the bike and oh ya he put black stripes on my E/TE plate when i asked for orange. we argued round and round. i even took pics and crumpled em up and sent them back.he claimed my color sceme didnt look good . who cares what your opinion is i payed you to do a spacific job he said he would corect it . ive never heard nor seen the replacements 6 months. good story LOL
