brake line and clutch cable extentions

i went out and bought these handebar risers and i cant find anybody that sells clutch and brake line extentions does anybody no where i can buy them on the internet

I have never seen clutch cable extensions, however I have seen extensions for the brake lines, streamline sells the line that goes from the master cylinder to the T.

I have the line that goes from the MC to the T, it measures 30.5" Measure yours and if it is long enough, pm me and I'll sell it to you for cheap.
