My girlfriend and I run Renthal. Tag and Answer Pro-Taper are also good bars. You have to compromise between strength and flex. You DO want your bars to flex. It would be a very unpleasant ride without.
I have a friend who has bent and broken handlebars in MX racing. Basically see what bend and bar you like. Everyone is different and has different tastes, thats why there are so many different choices. I have TRX bend on my bars and like it. I have also heard CR hi and CR low bend is good for MX.

Renthals are awesome, I've had mine for almost 3 years, countless tumbles down hills, they haven't bent at all. THey fit the stock bar clamps too.

i love my Renthals, my arms don't even hurt a bit from riding with them, they are so comfortable, and very strong. i flipped once(not too fun) and the stem actually bent a little. the bars didn't bend at all.

Don't let the shine fool ya, she gets rode hard...I just make it pretty for the pictures, thats all :p The second day I had the bars on I rolled my quad....bars were straight, but the stem wasn't....but thats good, the stem is cheaper than the bars.

I love Renthals but I hate the bend i got. I went with ATV Race Bend and I hate it. I am short so they are short tall for me.

I am selling them......Wink Wink (Pm me)

And getting a Set of Cr Low Bend.

Do you guys know the Renthal Bars with the colors on the ends. Are they they prostyle bars. I want the colors and i wasn;t sure if i had to get a Pro Style Bar to get them (Pro Style= Travis Pastrana, Jeff Emig, And all those guys.)

The Stem is only cheaper if you get the Stock one. I would hate to have Pro Tapers and a Aftermarket Stem in a roll over. Something has to bend. For everything you make stronger, something gets weaker.

And thats why you stick with the stock stem..its cheap...strong bars + strong stem is a big no no...

Well, Strong Bars, Strong Stem, and a Stock Frame is not good. Now if your Frame is gusseted then you should be ok with the Bars and Stem.

the strongest bar made is the renthal twin wallz... my friends all have them on their 125s and 250s and wreck alot... i've seen one pair bend and that was when my friend jeff nelson cased a 60ft table top at steel city and broke his leg... they weren't even bent bad... the best part about these bars that not many people know is they are lifetime warrantied... if u bend them u ship them back and renthal ships u a brand new pair... like i said outta the 3 or 4 years my friends have had them and the many crashes with them on 1 pair have bent;)

only bad thing they cost 139 or 169$ but well worth it on a dirtbike bc u usually crash every day and bend bars...

My point is if you didn't keep your Stem stock and had a Stock frame, your going to have problems. But if you Gusset your frame a strong stem and bars will be fine because the frame will be strong.

gussets wont help that much, if you wreck hard enough something is going to break, its dumb to try and predict what it will be
