having some serious issues with the back and forth beater 1994 pontiac sunbird (cavalier with pontiac badges) its the 4 cylinder. it idles extremely rough and dies when you release the clutch in an attempt to move, should you have the luck to get it going it has no power to pull itself up any hill and it revs out about 10 mph before it used to in each gear(no this is not like all the revs its capable of i mean just redline) and when its idling if you give it a tiny bit of gas and hold it it will smooth out but it gets rough again as soon as you let off. it also sounds like its stumbling or skipping judging by the exhaust sounds. i have changed plugs and wires,oil and air filter since this started happening and the plugs were all garbage none with oil but i think only 1 of the 4 looked like it had enough electrode left to be firing.
