250r not runnin well

i just bought a 88 r and it was good fun for 2 days then on sat i went to go on it and it was hard to start plug was wet and black cleaned it up and stuck it in 4 kicks and it started let it heat up for 5 minutes put the choke in at went a across the road and started to sputter and then died cleaned the plug dried it started after few minutes let it idle reved it a bit started to sputter then died
any one have anyideas what the problem is

what is the mix ratio i put 160 mil to a gallon of fuel
the big dose not have any serious modds v force 3 reeds
Paul turner front race exhaust pipe
Dep race silencer
uni airfilter in stock box with air box lid removed

With most 2 cycle oils you get 32:1 with 4 oz to a gallon of gas.Sounds like you are rich on the main jet.Post what jetting you have now

BTW, put a new plug in,dont clean and re-install the same one.
