300ex piston/rings and cam.......

Hey, i want to know what the best cam is for a stock 300ex. what is the best cam for a stock 300ex without needing hardened rockers/springs, etc. I need to know asap -- having a friend do a piston and ring change and thought i would go with a better cam.

If you can find a used(good shaped) cam from an old 87 250X, this will be an improvement in the 300 w/o havin to get heavier springs!
