drr 50 rev limiter

we have a brand new 50,got out of crate and with stock cdi it will only run 5mph.changed cdi and it will not crank unless i unhook the black and white wire,then when it cranks none of the kill switches will work. what do i do,5 year old is dieing to ride!!!

put the stock cdi back in, but remove the jumper that is connected between the two screw terminals, with the phillips head screws, that will remove your limiter.
