just wondering if any one uses air filter oil on the lid to first time cleaning it

i used the oil on it but i also used the prefilter ran great loved it.

i used the oil on it but i also used the prefilter ran great loved it. yea oil it.. requires lots of maintanese.. i had one but it was too much work.. and im lazy.. so i jsut bought the little prefilters instead.. but yea.. lid should be oiled just a wee beet more often than you k & n filter

the lid should be oiled, a little more often than the main filter.
