I just got my chains and sprockets in and have a question.. When I change my rear sprocket do I have to take the rear axle out to get the sprocket off. Or can I just take the tire and hub off and slide it off that way?? I have a yfz450..

No, just take your chain off (master link) and you will be able to remove the bolts that hold your sprocket on. Take your left tire off and you will slide the old sprocket down the axle and over the hub. Then you can install the new one. Dont forget to put a little lock tite on the threads before you tighten them up. ;)

Thanks alot for the quick reply.. I don't have my bike with me right now it's about 50 miles away from my house so I wasn't sure because I had nothing to look at..
