Do a search. You will find lots of info on it. It will look great if you spend the extra time in prep. Look at mine here--->http://www.exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=324237
Basically I cleaned and degreased, then wetsanded with 400 and 600 grit. Then cleaned again. Thgen I used Bulldog adhesion promoter which can be bought at Autozone. Then silver automotive basecoat, thgen more adhesion promoter, then polyeurethene clearcoat. I have used the Bulldog on many different types of plastic and it works great. My 250x still looks fresh and it was done last spring.

i have a kawasaki mojave that we painted the plastic on.
Its regular automotive paint i think but you haveto use a special primer and its really really thick, and takes forever to sand off, but it comes out looking good.
Heres a pic of mine i wish you could see it up close its unbelievable how good it looks. its black with green sparkles in it.
