Fasstco was supplied with some wrong I.D. Aluminum about 20 sets went out like this contact fasstco and they can help you take care of it or you can use a drill bit to increase the inside diameter of the bars.

Quad J,
Funny seeing you here. Let me offer a little help.
We have 4 different degree's of sweep on our bars... 10 deg (new), 12 deg, 14 deg and a 15 deg.
10 Deg is a new sweep that is similiar to the stock KTM moto bar, it offers 40 mm of pull back.
12 Deg has typically been used by MX bike riders and offers 54mm of pull back and is compared to a Carmichael/Windham bar.
14 Deg is our most popular ATV bar, it has 57mm of sweep.
15 Deg is a bar that Bill Ballance helped us develop and is also used by John Natalie.
Any of our bars can be ordered in either 92mm rise or 116mm and widths of 31" or 32"(ATV's typically use 31"). It is highly recommended that if you are running a +2 riser or stem that you use our 92mm or Quad Racer Low so that there is no cable or brake binding.
The most commonly ordered bars right now are our 14deg Quad Racer or 14deg Quad Racer Low.
I hope this helps and doesn't just ramble.

Jamie,
I've had my flexxbars for about 2 years now. Over this time period I have taken the hinged pin out to grease them, as they began to tighten up and stick in the down position. I've had no problems until now.
When I put them back together this time, one of the bars has play in it front to back - almost like it's not sitting snug on the pin. I've never beat the pins out, I have always pressed them in and out. However, this last time the one that has the play in it seemed to not go back in as easily.
Have you heard of this? And if so, what can I do about it?
Sorry it was off topic tchonda426ex

TC,
To be quite honest with you I'm probably not the right guy to talk to for technical info but would be happy to help get you to that dept.
Please give us a call at 562.601.8119 and ask for Jamie.
I will get you over to the right person.
