Kenda front tires

I ordered a set of front and rear tires from sdr one of my sponsers and when they shipped them they tied the fronts together like a pancake and i cant get them too go onto the bead now because once i got them on the rims the 2 beads of the tires are pretty much together and the air wont blow them onto the bead and i tried liting them up with some lighter fluid and that didnt work either anybody have this problem yet?

leave them out in the sun for a while. that seems to work most of the time. also take a ratchet strap and go around the center of the tire. and as you tighten it will push out the outsides.
