Title and Vin Plate

I have been building my LTR for almost 6 months now and I'm ready to ride. My neighbor builds frames and he built a frame to race with. So he gave me his stock frame, but he had to use the vin plate and title to get insurance on the new frame. Well, here in Pa you have to have a plate and insurance to ride anywhere. Anyways I built it from ground up from parts from here and e-bay. Now all I need is a vin plate and title to ride. I know all you guys ride hard and bend and ruin frames. For those of you who have just bought a new frame or new quad, if you would like to sell the title and vin plate off of your wrecked one, I need them.
