Lose of low end power

I have a 1999 Yamaha timberwolf the runs great even though i have put it through god knows what. I need to know what to do about its loss of low end power? What can i do to fix it? Do i need a new clutch or what? ... Help

there are a couple things it could be. the first thing i would check is the compression though. if it is low, then that is the problem.

Dirty air filter or carb?

it has good compression and the filter is clean and i just cleaned the carbs
