Just to tell you, (I just re-packed mine), wear gloves or something when your taking it out and putting it back in. There are little, extremly tiny peices that get in you and stay in you. There are still some between my findgers, and no matter how hard your scrub w/ what ever, it won't come out for a couple of days!.. But do what you want. I am just warning you. ;)

I did. I don't see where it would be a problem its all fiberglass. Only difference is the fibers are not as tight so it might not last as long, and like you I had some laying around. Other people have done it as well with pretty good results. Just be sure you pull the paper backing off first if it has it on there.:devil: :devil:
