Has anyone here had any luck rebuilding the stick style stabilizers?I have one that is leaking oil out the end of it.Any tips on rebuilding it?I thought about just replacing the seal that is leaking because the stabilizer is realtively new and shows no other problems.I am assuming they take fork oil???What weight and how much?

Hey Dude, Is it the type with the fins or lines in the top or bottom? If so there is a rebuild kit for it. I cannot remember what company sells the kit but it is on this forum somewhere. I rebuilt mine with success BUT I am a SUPER MECHANIC!! LOL. If I figure out where I got the kit I'll edit this. Rocky - OHIO

Well, Just so others reading this post knows there is another option out there. I got mine from www.magicracing.com Item Number SRP-MRK, Description- SRP MUSCLE-1 Rebuild Kit. I paid $16.95. It was pretty easy to install the new seals and stuff if you can follow instructions.
