Going to be a huge list of bolts but that was what I was starting to lean towards. I have read some horror stories about the stainless kits

DO NOT GO NEAR A STAINLESS KIT! THEY ARE COMPLETE JUNK!

definitely stick with OEM bolts. I wish I would have instead of wasting my money on that stainless kit

You don't necessarily need ALL stock OEM bolts. But I would certainly suggest them for the critical areas, like engine mount, swingarm mount, suspension mounting, and other areas subject to high stress, simply because the OEM bolts are going to be grade 8 or higher, and perfect sized. You'll also want to get anything that's an odd shape/size, like the sprocket mounting bolts.

But for other areas, like your bumper, plastics, exhaust, and just general stuff, you can often find a "bolt-kit" on ebay or motorcycle supply shop (including online stores like Dennis Kirk or Rocky Mountain). The bolt kit should have and assortment of flange bolts in common sizes.

Yes, you definitely want to stay away from stainless steel.

86 swinger with fresh mirror red powder(you can use a spacer)
Front 89 hubs also with a fresh "blood red" powder
89 Front spindles with fresh semi flat black paint
Radiator Shrouds....stock 88 good shape
Rear Hubs.2 sets of LSR one brand new and the other used but in great shape
Dog bone Linkage 86 (im pretty sure) in good shape
Thumb Throttle off a 400EX (not sure if it will have along enough throw)
Rims 07 450r take offs , never even mounted "mirror red" still in the plastic wrap
Front Shocks these are 89 take offs and in great shape but since you are running extended arms you would be better off with aftermarkets
email me at reverendseven@hotmail.com if any of this interests you.....i will make you a package deal otherwise it hits E-Bay the 1st of the month
