I am looking at putting a 350 or 350PV cyl on my woods\play riding R. I am a big guy and like the torque but don't want a 4 stroke. Who's cylinder should I go with ? What pipe and carb would you suggest?

Thanks

I'd suggest an ESR 350 kit with their trx9 porting. A 38/39mm keihnin and a ESR trx6 pipe should work nice.

try looking into a PC2000 340cc powervalve motor from Duncan, they use the rotax powervalve, its much better than esr's system. CT racing also makes a Nice 350cc powervalve top end. you cant go wrong with either a 38/39 mm kehin A/S. For exhaust, you should buy whatever company is doing your cylinder. Good luck man,

Didnt the older ESR cyls use the rave valve? This is going to be a woods trail play big and I am a big guy. Do you think the 350 will be overkill? is the PV suggested? How is the reliability of the 350's ? Are stronger gears like the yukons suggested? who else makes better gears?

Anyone have a link to the CP cylinders?

Also anyone happen to know what pipe this is?

No idea about the rave valve or woods riding.

How much do you weigh?

Reliability is fine as long as built by a reputable builder. 350's don't leave as many overbores as a smaller cylinder.

Yukon gears are a quality product but you can also cryo treat your gears.
