My local shop wants $15 to change each tire.
With tire irons, how hard are the fronts?

15 a tire is expensive! i had 2 tires changed by my dealership, cost me $10 TOTAL!

it is not easy, but not hard. you need a way to break the bead, the tire irons to get the old one off the rims and the new ones on, and a compressor strong enough to pop in the bead on the new tires. it can be done, but it is not easy. without the right tools, i choose to pay someone to do it...

if you have a walmart with a tire and lube express in it, see what they charge. any place that changes tires can and most will do it for you...
