Going up on the pilot jet would help.

use the choke or pump the throttle about 3-4 times then give it a shot. i have heard of people pullin the air filter OFF and putting there hand over the hole kind of like the choke does, but i would use that as a last resort..
40 or 42 pilot definitly. and don't use the choke to start it,,I found using the choke caused more problems then helped. Pump the gas 2 times hit the starter,,repeat about 3 times and she should turn over..with the larger pilot jet installed.

i put in a 42 pilot... I pump gas 3 times, then hold the throttle open very little, like 1/8 throttle and hit the starter. Fires right up every time. Then I hold the throttle slightly for about 2 minutes untill it warms up. Then im rippin.
