cant you take a 2007 or a 2008 honda 400ex and swap out parts from there and put it on a 2003??? id like to swap some parts of my friends atvs but not sure if they will fit......

everything should fit. the frames are the same.

even plastics? like unbolt front fenders and throw em on mine?

03-04 have diff body mounts. 05-07 have diff body mounts. and the 08 plastic is totally different. tha frames are the same though i believe on all years.

so wut could i put on my 03 off of newer modles does any one no? like shocks? and the rear tail light? umm anything else?

You can make everything fit. Plastics shouldn't be a problem even if you don't have the mounts for the newer plastic.
