My friend has an 03 kfx 400 and hes putting a new carrier on it. But we cant get the hub that the brake disc mounts to off. Is that piece threaded on or do we just knock it off?

im pretty sure there is curclip there that you have to pop of then it will slide off.

It doesnt show a circlip on service honda.

the brake hub DOES NOT COME OFF! it is pressed on and you do not remove it. the axle slides out on that side.

GET A MANUAL BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE.

yea i know i remembered that when you order a new axle it comes with the axle.
