well in my opinion i think honda may be getting ready to put out there new quad because back where im from, West Viginia they are selling 2003 400ex's for $4750. that is the lowest i have ever seen them. the way i see it is that they are going to try to push them out the door so they will have room for the new bike. just my thought. anyone else have a thought.

The lowest i have seen a 400ex it like the last 2 years was 6500 cdn and yet they still haven sold it :confused: :confused:

the Z is what drove the price down honda had to in order to be comptetive think about it would you by the ex for 56 or an ex clone with liquid cooling reverse dual overhead cams and some funky t-shaped seat:confused: for 56 that what drove the price down not the release of a new quad

Prices slashed.... Cause they want to get rid of the 2002 models to make room for the new 03 stuff.... They dont want the 02 stuff sitting around while people are buying new quads... But if your looking to buy now is a good time.............;)

I got mine down the what it was costing them to buy it. I got a sweet deal, because winter is here and no one wants a older quad (its going to be two soon)

Ya i wish honda would come out with i new one.O well if they do so much for me getting it.I just got a new Z400.:)

I just bought an XR50 for my son for christmas and the guy i deal with a the shop told me that there is a $300 bonus buck deal on the 400ex and it was going to go up to $500 before long and that Honda was payin a bonus to the salesman when they sell a 400ex.
Probably doesn't mean anything but you never know

WEll, I just heard a nasty rumor from the Honda guys that they wont be releasing the new one until 2005!!They said they were shooting for 2004,but now its moved to 2005...I dont know how much of it is true,but they also said they lowered the price to make it more enticing than the Z400,that it might pull in more sales..But, who really knows right?:confused:
