first of all, what is your weight? (with gear) 2nd is this a 250r or a hybrid? on my laeger protrax i ran 280lb springs (for 180lb rider). if u are able to run a lower poundage spring with out bottoming that great, if u go to low the quad will body roll in the corners. if u tell me your weight and application i will give u a starting point. oh yea are these shock for this front end?

for a 250r laeger protrax the shocks should be 19 inches eye to eye. the shocks for a narrow frame laeger is little different than a wide frame chassis. pull the main spring off and look on the ends, it should be scribed on one end, if not i would have to put it in my spring rater. axis uses two brands of springs, eibach and hyperco, the eibach spring is red and the hyperco is blue and the spring diameter is different. depends on how aggressive a rider u are, what spring u would need. for lite weight riders 240-260, for medium riders 260-280, an for heavy riders 280-300.
