i know jetting questions are pretty sticky but i need some advice. I recenty installed a 04-05 450r carb and have been really happy with the power gains. the only problem im having is that it pops a lot out of the exhuast at an idle. id doesnt seem to backfire on decel and it pulls hard throughout the throttle. i have tried adjusting the fuel air screw and it doesnt seem to make a difference. i dont believe i have anyvacuum leaks either. i currently have a 55 pilot and a 185 main with needle clip in 4th slot. motor is a 440 with port and polish head, fmf sllipon, stage 2 hotcams, k&n with outerwear and no airbox. help please:confused:
