Holy crap! It almost looks dead on to mine..

Did you steal my quad?! Im going to have to go home and make sure its still there.. ;) :D

Just kidding.. I have different front wheel and the key is mounted on the left side plastics and mine says 250X on the seat. I have the same rear tires and the headlights removed though.

You will definately want new back tires. Those are good for snow, sand, and mud though..

tear it down! Rebuild completely (every bearing and seal, ect)
350X motor swap, or mod the 250x motor to a nice 305-330.
250R/400ex front end
tires

dats some ideas depending on where you ride

You can send it to powroll, but they don't rebuild top ends in their shop anymore. They send them out to local machine shops, so if you want their engine kit, just buy the parts from them, and they will give you all the specs to give to your local machine shop. I live in Oregon, so they are a good choice for me. I've got a buddy who works there on weekends, and he had them build his raptor engine (hi-comp piston, porting, valves, and cam), but they did it more as a "favor" to him and as an experiment to develop a new engine kit for the Raptor. They know their stuff, and won't steer you wrong. They do alot of new development projects on engines.

Put in a 350x engine. That thing would rip. It would cost about as much as an engine kit. Also tires, shocks, and some other chassis mods.
