Paranoid (sabbath), Holiday (greenday), Am I Evil/Last caress (Metallica), Hardest button to button (White Stripes). Metallica is fairly easy to play, however Megadeth is really complicated precision stuff IMO.

Because we love our 450Rs sooo much lol oh and i get it for sure on Monday the guy had to work late yesterday so i couldnt go pick it up...

anything by ac/dc is pretty easy, some metallica isnt hard either. im talking just the rythum. solos are another thing. im getting into some hair band stuff, like poison, motley crue, they are not too hard. pantera is easy also, just rembember to tune down to drop d. lot of strumming patterns. go to www.ultimate-guitar to get all your free tabs. good luck dude

White stripes in general are good begginer songs too.

People can go on and on giving you tabs to play...but i say take some good lessons. Playing begginer tabs is fun for a while but it gets old quick and you'll want to quit. Get some lessons, they might suck at first, but you'll be very happy with the outsome;)

I already took lessons over the summer. I know pretty much all the basics, just need to work on my speed and start on easy songs.

Those are a few that I learned when I was just starting out.

Ive been playing for 3 years and im still not as good as Id like to be. It all comes with time, so if you cant play something, keep working at it and it will come to you.

Sorry not trying to jack your thread but uhh...does anyone on here know how to sweep? If so what kind of motivation did you use to learn? I really want to learn how to but it just gets so boring while trying and you don't show improvement very fast(I don't anyways)

Timing.

My motivation was knowing that it would open up a whole new spectrum for my playing. Thats enough for me.

Thats why I learned to tap, swep, bend, harmonize...etc.
