hello, are there any links to getting my 2007 400 ex front end aligned? Both tires are visually off and psi is 4lbs in both

This is a start. My method for setting toe...I do ALOT of other checks as well.

String method (http://www.exriders.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=326288)

Have you adjusted your front end or made any changes since you bought it?

Stock arms don't allow for camber adjusting so you must be talking about toe in.

Measure the distance of front tires dirrectly in the front and than measure the gap between the front tires directly on the rear side and compare the measurements. The front measurement should be between 1/8" to 3/8" smaller than the rear. The fronts should toe in slightly.

Thanks for the replies. I have made no adjustments on it. I guess I asked the wrong question. How do I loosen the bolts on the tie rods. I am guessing turning the tie rods are going to adjust my tires right? Are there tricks to loosening the bolts and what should I be cautious about? BTW my handle bars have to go a lil to the right for my tires to be straight. If that helps

Loosen both jam nuts on each tie rod (one will be left handed threads and the other right handed) Once the jam nuts are backed off than turn the rod in or out to adjust the direction of the tire. I recommend adjusting both tires identically to maintain the correct toe in.
