i recently bought a 400ex and the previous owner removed the choke, where do i get just the choke and how doe it go on?

you're actually much better off just checking to see if it has a 42 pilot in it. with that size pilot, you will never need to use the choke, and it is a much cheaper fix.

X2, jetted properly you wont need the choke. Pump the throttle a couple of times and it should crank right up. Its been inthe 20's before and I didnt have a bit of trouble cranking mine.

yep i think its jetted, cus it will start in the cold if u pump the throttle, thanks
