I have the yosh and I need to repack it but I am not looking forward to it. Do any of the other exhaust require you to do the same to repack or just the yosh? I might switch to the Dasa but if I have too go through the same thing I might just stay with the yosh.

All exhausts require repaking every so often. Both 2 stroke and 4 stroke. Just buy a repaking kit and do it yourself. Or pay a bike shop to repack it. Or even better, just buy a new exhaust every time you have to repack and your problem is solved.

rob is right. every pipe requires to be repacked after every so often. unless you want to to run like crap and sounds abnoxious ;)

You need a rivet gun and some new rivets.

I dont really like exhausts that need to get rivets removed for repacking. My LRD has allen bolts that are much easier than rivets. I dont understand why companies make their exhaust with rivet when they know they will have to be taken off for service. When putting the new rivets in try to use a good rivet gun that will give them a nice tight fit. If you use a cheap rivet gun the vibration will make those rivets loose. Good Luck.

That was my point. Does every exhaust require you too drill and rivet? I know you have to do it, but it seems like a hassle. So are any others exhaust easier to repack or they all the same?

I have an LRD and it is very easy to repack. Instead of rivet it has 5-6 allen bolts. I think Duncan Fat Boy 4's have bolts instead of rivets. I'm sure others do too.
