Anyone tried these clutch kits for the DRX 50's? I sure would like to try one out.

I have not but from what I have heard the 50's just dont have enough ba!!s to make it work correctly. These things really make your clutch engage and it supposedly will drag the 50 motor down an tad when it hits.

Tylers Dad, I've seen a couple pictures but I don't quite understand how they work. The rollers appear to be more like adjustable cams with flat spots or maybe the pics were just bad.

I seem to have continuous problems with my secondary clutch and am looking for options. I wouldn't mind a higher engangement speed and a harder hit, we mostly do drag racing with our 50. We have the 50 making alot more power than a stocker, but we have a short one second lag on the starting line. I also need to look at my jetting, but still am wondering about the details on these clutchs.

I agree with Mike. Call Gary(bulldogfallon). He has the experience with them at this point and talking over the phone is usually easier then trying to write it here.

I know the sliders(rollers) seem to be the next big thing. The idea seems good. I haven't used them personally but we are going to probably do some testing coming up. I know that the Hit Clutch for the rear seems to be working very well on the 90's when tuned. I don't know what they would be like on a lower HP 50.

we currently use the dr pulley front variator and rear hit clutch, as far as im concerned its the best ive used to date, we use this on our 70cc drr as far as set up use the higher stall springs to keep from engaging to fast as far as thw hit is concerned same trial and error, im not sure what a 50 setup is like but i will find out. Gary at G-force Racing has these parts available and may have the info on the 50cc bikes.
