In a 440 kit, you install a sleeve to replace the stock sleeve.

You can find an 89.5mm so I guess you could say one more bore is there. That .5mm doesn't leave you much room for damage so IMO the smart move is to use an 88.5mm piston on the big bore sleeve leaving you 1mm of overbore left and making it a 430. JE offers this 88.5 in both 10.8:1 and 12:1.

I got a je 12.5 to 1 440 pistion that I have never ran before that I got from curtis sparks. Sparks dedisgned it and je made it I would be willing to sell it pretty cheap if you need one. I would let it go for half of what I gave for it and never ran it. It is an 89 bore let me know if interested.
