my battery keeps dying

hey guys

im new to this forum. been riding atv's since the early 90's.
i've had all hondas trx 300, trx 400, & my new 450trx 2006
which i bought in nov 2007. now... i've never had battery issues
with my batteries dying all the time. even if i forget to un-hook
the negative when not in use, my 300 & 400 always fired right up after 1-2 months stored. my second trip with my 450, my battery died. so i took it back to the dealer & they gladly replaced it
due to the fact, i just got the bike and a month later, dead battery. second trip on the new battery, it's dead again.
what is going on ??? can anyone shed some light on my battery issues... i would appreciate any insight.
i don't know what could be drawing from the battery... i just bought another battery & i hope it's not the same ole song & dance... & im riding this weekend. HAPPY EASTER TO ALL...

since its under warranty id have the stator checked, if ur unhooking the battery it sounds like its not charging. remember a stator dont charge at an idle!
