I bought wheels from skippy1999. They were douglas red label with inner and outer reinforcing rings with stock offset
In the title off the topic was clearly written "WITH STOCK OFFSET"

I received the wheels and they are NOT stock offset but 2+3 offset.
I send him a PM with the pictures so he can see the offset is not stock and he deleted his topic about the wheels. His answer is "just resell if you can't use them". IF you don't lie why do you have to delete it? Al the other things he sold he didn't delete.
I live in Belgium and nobody here rides with those wheels because they ride like crap and have no value.
And he doesn't want them back
I paid $150 for the wheels, and the shippping to belgium was $62

So beware if he has something to sell

Here are the pics off the wheels

As they were not as described in the original post, he should have offered to take them back or at least offer a partial refund to help minimize your loss. Looks like shipping costs are the killer in this deal.

The advise to resell them should not be a burden you should have to bear.

Just remember Skippy1999, what goes around comes around.
As you have been posting / selling items on this board for a while now, I would assume this is not the kind of reputation you want to maintain.
Let us know why you have chosen to stick this guy with an item that was not as advertised or..
Do the right thing and do what it takes to correct this deal.

Ticks me off when I read something like this.. Especially when the seller is not a new guy. We should be able to trust the people that have been around for a while..

--------------------------------------------------
BTW - I assumed you wanted the title to read Trust not rust..

Sorry to hear about that. I don't know how much room you have in the front, but can you run the stem inside to get it back to stock offset? Just a thought to at least get some use out of them.
