I know there is a sticky thread on 450r shocks and I read the entire thing and didnt find what I was looking for. I want to know how to set up 450r shocks on my 400ex. I have them installed but need to know how to adjust them for my riding style and weight. Right now I have everything set to fully soft and the spring compresor ring all the way up. I am 200-215lbs and like to jump and trail ride.

What does the top adjuster by the rese control, compresion or rebound? And what does the bottom adjuster control, and what is a good starting point to dial it in? All the way soft like I have it or a couple turns in on one or the other??? ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME:confused:
