Tag Metals Steering stem

any one got a TAG steering stem, are they good quality, anyone bent one of them, what is +1 good for, do i need it

Steering stems come in +1 and +2, meaning they are that many inches longer than stock. This allows you to raise handlebar height. Rider preference mainly; I'd like a +2 myself.

or a taller stem on the 250r was mainly used to get over an oversized tank for xc or desert racing since on the r that tank went up where as the newer design tanks go out more on the sides
