Does anybody know what the settings are from the factory for the compression and rebound on the rear shock. I screwed them all the way in to see what they were set on. the compression was 1.50 turns out and the rebound was 1.25 turns out. Riders that still have the stock rear shock what do you like yours set on? Im 145 pounds and race hare scrambles.

My '07 had the dimple marks lined up from the factory. Basically, you turn the screws in all the way and then back them out until the dimples line up on the second revolution. That should be the midway point and that's where mine were set. It's in the owner's manual.

I like my rear compression medium-soft and rebound all the way soft so it doesn't pack up on the whoops. I ride a bit of MX.

Is compression how fast the shock compresses after hitting a bump? And is rebound how fast the shock uncompresses?

yes so compression is how quickly the shock goes together..I feel like my shock is uncompressing to fast. like I will hit a bump and it will compress and then it feels like it just bucks like a pissed of horse.
