Local Member Justin Feight took his quad off the track and straight into the big Pond this past Sunday.

Luckily we have some high tech equipment here for exactly this reason.

I'm diggin' the new ski jump, the landing is smooth and slingshots you down the hill into the long straight away.

O man tuff break but a good laugh.
I did that at sleepy hollow years ago racing dirtbikes. was leading the 250b moto in a mud race and down in the valley hit some of that slippery cow poop and went flying into the snake infested pond

Hey Dan, track was great when we were out on saturday. Wonderful day to ride, lots of good training! Just watch out for the ruts on that big downhill table..... they can be pretty nasty! :p

Wilhelm Yeah the down hill ski jump had some nasty ruts and whoops on the landing on Saturday. It was from the ground being soft when I rebuilt the jump. I reworked the landing Sunday Morning and it was totally smooth all day.

I'm not positive but I think he said he went around the sweeper turn by the water tanks then went over that step down tripple and ended up sideways heading at the pond. He jumped off so he wouldn't go in too.

I talked to Justin the other day.. he said that he hit the jump a little crooked, and his quad went sideways, he jumped off, and his quad kept going and ramped off the berm into the pond. :blah: When he got home, he pulled the spark plug and tipped it over, and he said a bunch of water came put, he changed his oil, checked his bearings, etc. I'm pretty sure it's running again.
Cool pics, Dan! That one with number 113 in it, that is Rusty Wynegar, he is also on the Burgard team! :) He's real fast!
