So I just bought a pair of used holeshots on steel rims size 18, my problem is that one rim has a hole in it where the stem use to be and there was a new hole drilled for the stem.......not sure why? I can see that there is a tube inside the tire and it seems to hold air good, should I plug the hole to keep crap out or not? If so whats the best thing to use to plug it? Thanks for your help.

I would plug it to keep stuff away from the tube. I would try to plug it with an old valve stem just turned inside out. If you understand what i mean???

I would put a valve stem on the hole. Install it the correct way if you have a tube.
