Chain streches a lot.Tons of rust( LOL),binding and your sprockets are egg shaped on a slight angle!

With the cam design of the bearing carrier if your chain last long enough that it will stretch that far it will eventually get to where when you try to spin your carrier to tighten it, your chain will actually get looser because you have reached the peak point on your carrier and starting back around again. understand what im saying??

i replace both sprockets and chain once a year usually last a race season baring no major problems such as bent sprockets or stripping teeth off the front
