I am making bushing for a set of a-arms and i dont know what kind of material to use? Plastic or a metal. What kind of plastic is used or what kind of metal, what is best?

Cant you use delrin without a metal sleeve? Or am I wrong? Either way that stuff is the way to go. Its really durable.

I ended up using steel sleeves though. I have Delrin swinger bushings as well and they dont use a sleeve just pivot bolt to bushing.....plus you will never have a frozen pivot bolt again or have to chisel out the bearing races.....J

hey, you guys think a chain roller made of that delrin would work properly? i run my rear shock on the soft side and go through them easily. with one of these i would imagine its worry free, what do ya think?

Find the sellers screen name in "My E-Bay" but it was quite awhile ago so i wasent able to pull it up. I belive that he is here on the forum. I also did a search on E-Bay and he has nothing posted. He told me that the 86/87 bushings go fast and he pretty much makes them to order or does small production runs. Keep you eyes on E-Bay as ive noticed he pops up once a month or so....sorry i couldnt get his seller nick.....Good luck....J

That is probably his ebay handle as well.
