dose anybody make a manual clutch kit for a honda 250ex?
I am looking for a clutch for a 250ex.I dont like the auto clutch.I want to beable to pop the clutch and pull up the front end.

if anyone has info,do tell,plz

I dought it. It has the same engine as the recon.

The newer model 250ex's have a "sport clutch". It's a automatic centrifical clutch still, but you can maually actuate the clutch w/ the clutch lever also.

I don't know if you can bring the system over onto the older motors or not, but you could look into that.

i would just move up to a 300ex. alot more power just for moving up 50cc,an chain driven (the shaft eats up alot of power)

This is definitely where I would start. It's basically a manual and automatic clutch combined. It works just like a manual clutch, except it automatically disengages itself at slow speeds so it won't actually stall out on you.


Like he said, I'm not sure if it will interchange directly into an older motor, but it's very possible that it will. I'd start there, because if it does work, it would definitely be your easiest option.
