I was wondering if anyone knows what the clearances should be for a 2006 450r. I have a 13.5 comp. piston, portwork and an hrc cam if that means anything at all. thanks

i think they are all the same if im not mistaken. .006 +/- .001 and .011 +/- . 001 i have to double check for you but im pretty sure they are the same. just so u know also, with your decomp there is no set number. the set number i had was .010 +/- .001 but for my bike to start i had to have it set to .017 so set the decomp to .010 and keep adjusting from there untill it starts.

i think he his speaking about valves to piston clearance...

in car application it's should be at least .050 or piston to valves clearance... it's could be less! but it's have chance to toutch at high rpm!

i dont know if it's the same in quad.
