what adjustments are on this?? I know damping but high low speed return to center etc?. Also have you ran any other stabilizers such as a W.E.R. or precision to compare this to I am interested just a few questions..

It has high and low speed and return to center. Pstabilizers were copies of this one in one way or another. W.E.R., Elka, GPR and precision were all somewhat copies of this stabilizer. Check out their website for more info at http://www.scottsperformance.com/index.php

yes it mounts to the frame right in front of the stem.
