If anyone has a picture of the main jet that would be Awesome. I am lost here!!
look at the bottom of the carb. there is a big 17 mm nut...take that nut off adn the very first brass item you see in there is the main jet. it takes a 6 mm socket to get out...

I dont want to scare you or anything but make sure you dont go to far up otherwise you'll screw out the whole main jet assembly.

A 17mm nut on the bottom of the carb? What kinda induction are you running? :eek2:

You must have misunderstood what he stated. The access cap on the bottom of the bowl requires a 17mm wrench or socket to loosen. The actual main jet requires a 6mm to remove.
again, another instance of where i have to be very specific and literal...

Thanks guys I eventually figured it out. It was my first time jetting and I was really trying to get it done because my friends were going out riding and I wanted to test out the new mods.
