do you need to re-jet with a UNI filter on a stock 400ex?

Probably not if you run a closed air box and a stock pipe. If you vent or open the air box, i'd say go with a 155 keinin main. The plug will tell you what the engine wants. It should be tan/brownish color

with ya on that...the plug is a b*tch to get at. real easy to thread wrong! :grr

after a couple times--you'll get better.

or you can do what i do and have your husband do it for you (that way it's not my fault---kidding!!!) ;)
